« Chambre spacieuse ayant bénéficié d un surclassement inattendu. Petit problème de fuite au niveau de la salle de bain, réglé rapidement. Prestations générales inferrieures à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hotel similaire en Europe (mais cela est général dans les hôtels en Chine). Malgres l'annonce d'un personnel bilingue, cela était très limite. »

« Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. »

« Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well....

« Le personnel est très serviable, sympathique et aux petits soins. Le cadre au milieu de la montagne est agréable. Néanmoins, la position est vraiment isolée, ce qui interdit toute sortie une fois que l’on est rentré à l’hôtel. Le restaurant a un rapport qualité prix trop élevé. La chambre spacieuse et bien décorée avait malheureusement un degré d’humidité incroyable. Tous les effets et vêtements ont été imprégnés par cette humidité. »
