Enjoy newly built luxury with The Shorebird, one house off the Seaside Promenade. Walk to the end of the street and you're on the beach. Catch the ocean from the two balconies, cook together in the open kitchen, then settle in by one of two gas fireplaces. A primary en suite that will have you not wanting to leave. Managed by the local Cascadia Getaways team for 24/7 support.



The Space:

Main level: The living room, dining area and kitchen are one open space, so the cook is never cut off from everyone else. A wall of sliding glass doors opens onto the balcony, looking down the street to the Prom and ocean. Enjoy the gas fireplace for those Oregon rainy days or watch your shows on the large flatscreen or enjoy the books and games. The kitchen has an island with seating, a gas range, a French-door fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker for family meals. There's also a half bath on the main level.



Top floor, primary suite: King bed, gas fireplace, and a big picture window for the views. The bathroom has a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity, glass walk-in shower, and separate toilet room. Also on this floor: a den with a TV, full-size sleeper sofa, reading chairs, and a pub table for puzzles, plus a private balcony with ocean views.



Lower level: A king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus a separate room with two twin beds that are comfortable for adults or kids. A hall bathroom with a tub and convenient bench and coat hooks by the entry complete this level.



All bedrooms feature blackout curtains for a comfortable night’s sleep.



Laundry: Front-load washer and dryer, plus a convenient utility sink.



Guest Access:

The whole home is yours except for a locked housekeeping closet. The attached one-car garage opens straight into the house and has a second fridge and room for beach gear. You can also park in the driveway and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Just steps to the Promenade, with paths through the coastal grasses leading to Seaside’s wide sandy beach and views of Tillamook Head to the south. The Shorebird is an easy four-block walk north along the Promenade to downtown Broadway.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most out of your Seaside trip. Once you are at your rental, you can walk to Broadway for dining, shopping and fun. There are bus options to Seaside and we are happy to help you with that information.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

- Damage waiver fee covers accidental damage

- Must be 21 years or older to book

- Free WiFi and essential amenities provided

- Washer/dryer in unit available for guest use

- Pets are not permitted at this home and a fee of $500 may apply.

- Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.

- The garage refrigerator is not available for guest use.
