Designed for both relaxation and connection, the home offers inviting spaces to gather with friends and family, including a private hot tub for post-hike soaking and a dedicated arcade/lounge for laid-back evenings. The open main living area features ample seating, a dining table for eight, a well-stocked kitchen, and warm southwestern décor that creates a cozy, welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The beds feature cozy linens and plush pillows, offering a restful night’s sleep to help you recharge for the day ahead. Each bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, along with large, soft bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your comfort.

Sedona is an internationally recognized Dark Sky community—meaning we work to preserve the natural night skies by minimizing light pollution so everyone can enjoy the stars. As part of this effort, the string lights will be automatically turned off by 10:00 PM.

▪️ No extra/overnight guests ($50 per extra guest per night if this was not disclosed on initial booking)
▪️ No mail delivered here
▪️ No moving or rearranging of the furniture
▪️ No available pre-check baggage available
▪️ No pets
▪️ No disturbing the neighbors
▪️ No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces
▪️ No loud noise or music between 10pm-7am
▪️ No Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside and outside the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
▪️ No parties, events, birthdays, weddings, and bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
