« Newly renovated property. My only complaint was the thermostat in room didnât work. I called multiple times and was not able to resolve issue. I gave up since we were only staying for two night and it wasnât terrible. Front desk did offer to switch us to a different room but decided it wasnât worth the hassle of having to move all our stuff to another room. Overall, nice property. »
« Parking fees extremely expensive (20$/day). Just across the street cheaper parking lots (15$/day). At Murphy avenue there is plenty of residential streets for free parking.
Parking fees have not been stated in « additional fees » where it should normally be shown for the clients clear understanding.
The room/hotel did not have WiFi. Hilton made it as an option whereas in the ad, it was clearly stated « free wifi ».
The room did not even have a mini fridge.
I was disappointed of the hotel...
