« This hotel is absolutely unique because of its own charme! The staff makes it even more special with preparing the room absolutely cozy and the meals as well. I loved my stay here and I needed 1h20 min to get up the mountain with a very slow pace. »
« Alpine Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and speak good English. The breakfast is an excellent buffet, augmented by Prosecco and smoked salmon on the Sunday morning we were there. The indoor pool is 17x8 mĂštres and very few people used it during our stay; a great way to exercise. They block off 2 hours in the afternoon for children the other sessions are mostly adults only The hotelâs situation in the very center of Wengen is really good for going shopping. If it is hot, ask reception...
« We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a âgarden viewâ when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...
