« We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I...

« Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé. Il manquait plusieurs petites choses pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable. Le logement ne possédait qu'une seule grande chambre et non 2 chambres comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Pour la 3eme personne, un canapé lit était à disposition dans la pièce et principale. Pas de rideau pour obstruer la lumière. La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais pas de cafetière, pas de bouilloire... la salle de bain est grande et magnifique. Joachim est...

« Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 5 Schlafzimmern und jeweiligem Bad im Zimmer viel Platz. Es gibt eine große moderne Küche und einen separaten Fernsehraum. Der Außenbereich am Weinberg ist ansprechend inklusive Gartenmöbel und Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Von Rovereto aus lassen sich mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (z.B. Verona) schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wohnung für 10 Personen, aber nur ein...

« Das Haus war nicht beschrieben das zwei von drei Schlafzimmer im Keller waren, tatsächlich Keller!!! Dunkel, nass.... Verschimmelte Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen.... Echt schlimm. Es worden keine Abhilfe geschaffen. FürPersonen »

« The villa is as described, lovely place with excellent views over Lake Garden, impressed with the area / path to the village, which is 5 minutes walk away. Additional free parking at the boat yard was excellent. Only negative feedback was the threadbare sofa in the living area, could do with a recover, that said everything else was absolutely fine. »

« Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la villa. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement, le calme, la vue... Bref, c'était un très beau séjour. Seuls petits bémols : la cloison très fine avec l'appartement voisin où l'on entend ce qui s'y passe. Prévoir la voiture pour vos déplacements et faire vos courses si vous voulez manger chez vous. « The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4...

« Waren mit undren 2 Hunden dort. Etwas abseits des Trubels am Gardasee, dafür sehr ruhig. Wanderwege in direkter Nähe, für alles andere benötigt man das Auto. Die Abfahrt zum Haus is wie bereits steil, aber unser Kombi hatte damit kein Problem. Das ist gut machbar. »

« Wonderful stay. Beautiful home, beautiful location. Driveway up to property is difficult to navigate and hard to understand, so the check in process should be more descriptive, but truly a wonderful stay for my friends and I. I couldn’t recommend the property more. »

Trop bruyant entre les chambres sinon top

"Hôtel très beau, mais pas insonorisé. On a été plusieurs fois réveillé par des personnes haut dessus ou a côté qui ronfle, parle ou tout simplement vont aux toilettes. C'est dommage pour un hôtel de se standing de n'avoir pas insonorisé les suites. Sinon le personnel super,le directeur au top . Les petits déjeuners très bon et copieux. La piscine est superbe. Très bon séjour."
