Wir haetten ein 7 Personen Apptmt gebucht aber ein 6 Personen bekommen. Die Bilder des Apptmnt lass sehen 1 Doppelbett 2 Einzelbetten 2 Etagenbetten und ein Schlafsofa aber unsere Apptmnt haette nur 1 Doppelbett 2 Etagenbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Nicht geeignet fur 7 Personen! Auch haetten wir 2 mal ein Nachricht gesendet aber niemals Antwort bekommen.

super nett, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
nette Dame am Empfang, saubere Anlage, schöne Lage, Appartement groß und komplett eingerichtet, sogar Spülmaschine vorhanden.Leider war im Ort fast alles zu, da eher auf Wintersport eingestellt.

Great studio, with secure parking
A studio in a residential building, in a quiet part of Sestriere. Secure underground parking with lock. Comfortable and well equipped.The concierge Elena, is especially lovely and helpful. She speaks perfect English (and French and Italian, of course!)

Da rifare volentieri.
Pulito, silenzioso, molto ben attrezzato, con tanto di lavastoviglie (non utilizzata, in un soggiorno breve, ma molto comoda in ogni caso). Bellissimi anche gli spazi esterni. Unica pecca il divano letto, cigolante e non stabilissimo. Un portasapone nella doccia inoltre avrebbe fatto comodo.

We truly enjoyed the Chalet Edelweiss. Our room (apartment) was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the hostess was wonderful and very helpful.

Ski accommodation close to the slopes
Studio apartment with balcony facing the mountain with a 10 minute walk to the nearest lifts. Basic apartment but clean and well equipped for a weeks stay. Private, secure parking at €10 a day. €2.5 per person per day cleaning fee but wasn’t clear what this was for. Nobody cleaned our apartment while we stayed. Elena the host was very friendly and helpful giving us information about lifts passes/ski hire/lessons etc. Always available by phone if not at reception. Free ski locker at ski hire place beside slopes and a small fee for boot warming locker if required. No need to walk back to apartment with gear which was great.

Really nice Chalet, but sadly full up !!!
Unfortunately when we arrived at the Chalet we were told that they were full and could not accommodate us, despite having booked a number of weeks beforehand. The staff were extremely apologetic and surprised that Hotel.com had not contacted us. The staff then took us to another hotel (Palace 2) and made sure we were happy. It is a shame we had to move as the Chalet looked very nice and the staff were great. Why there was no room is anyone's guess? Overall we had a great to trip to Setrierre. People, Food and the Skiing was great.

avuto in problema con la camera prenotata all arrivo a tarda sera, non conforme con quella effettivamente prenotata. il giorno seguente la sig.ra Elena ha risolto tutto nel migliore dei modi dandoci anche ulteriori agevolazioni non previste per il disguido. assolutamente fantastica e disponibile sicuramente tiene ai clienti e lo dimostra . torneremo appena possibile perché è assolutamente eccellente e la.cortesia e disponibilità dei titolari inappagagabile.

We booked a studio standard with balcony and mountain view that appeared to be a room in the basement without window, hence the lower total grade. We upgraded and got a very nice and big flat with a fantastic view over the mountains and morning sun for breakfast on the balcony. Close to the centre and not far from the ski lifts where you can leave your ski gears for a comfortable after ski.

Résidence parfaite pour un séjour au ski
séjour de 5 jours pour le ski. Appartement spacieux et confortable avec une très belle vue. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Attention : bien demander un appartement dans le bâtiment principal (2 appartements sont proposés en semi sous sol très près de la route avec une chambre borgne et bien évidemment moins sympathique).

Da provare
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti durante le vacanze di Natale. L'alloggio per 4 persone era su due livelli e aveva una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con divano letto nel soggiorno. L'unica cosa negativa è stata l'ubicazione della camera da letto e del bagno in una zona seminterrata che causava un cattivo odore. Ci sono comunque molti altri alloggi senza questo problema. La signora della reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Il residence si trova vicino al centro paese ma non così comodo alle piste; vi è comunque una navetta gratuita con fermata vicino al residence. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Torneremo.

Pleasant surprise!!
We booked last minute trip to Sestriere and were pleasantly surprised at the room and cleanliness as well as the view and surrounding areas... Elena the manager was great. Helped us make dinner reservations and helped arrange local transportation. She went above and beyond anything we expected from a hotel manager.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et confortable.nous sommes restés qu une nuit. Dommage qu il y avait une "party" au même étage donc bruit toute la nuit, je pense que ça ne se produit pas souvent.

Soggiornato per il ponte dell'Immacolata con amici: - Posizione strategica tra impianti sciistici e centro paese - Terrazzo con vista stupendi - Pulizia e comfort dello chalet di buon livello - la gentilezza e disponibilità degli addetti ai lavori prima e dopo il soggiorno non l'ho mai riscontrata neanche nel miglior 5 stelle di Torino Late check-out gratuito senza neanche doverglielo chiedere. Sara' la location di riferimento per tutte le mie prossime vacanze a Sestriere. Una vera sorpresa!! Consigliato

Bello, moderno e vicino a tutto!!!
Lo Chalet era molto bello, una struttura moderna e tenuta in ottime condizioni. Camere confortevoli, cucina attrezzata, zona soggiorno luminosa e spaziosa, bagni ottimi. Veramente una struttura tenuta molto bene. Si trova a 100mt dal palazzetto sportivo e dalla piazzetta centrale con locali e ristoranti.

tutto come descritto nell'offerta web, molto discreto il personale, praticamente invisibile(quando arrivi alla reception trovi un cartello: telefonare a .........)stessa procedura quando parti per lasciare le chiavi.ti viene addebitata una quota giornaliera pro persona per le pulizie....e nel mio soggiorno forse per l'etica discrezionale..... puri spiriti.avevo con me la mia cagnolina,ammessa senza problemi al soggiorno,ma devo dire è la prima volta che mi capita di dover esborsare una somma così cospicua per un animale oltre a me.

Appartamento al piano terra, sei posti letto accettabili per non piu di una notte; cucina accessoriata. Pulizia discreta, asciugamani e lenzuola fornite pulite. Piano terra con rumorosita accentuata verso le ore serali e prima mattina un po fastidiosa. Buon consiglio per i pasti presso l hotel La Losetta, a pochi metri dallo chalet con rapporto prezzo-qualita buono.

Value for Money, long as Noise is not a issue...
Noise Factor from others was the only negative, and it seems sound insulation not that good, notices are in place about noise restriction during certain times, but it seems its the local's who stay make the most noise...

Ottima posizione, appartamenti spaziosi
Ottima posizione, in zona tanquilla con bella vista sulle montagne di fronte alla pista di atletica. Disponibilità pargheggi nelle vicinanze e comod anche per andare a piedi in pieno centro. Appartamenti spaziosi. L'arredo e la dotazione di accessoori non è al top, forse si poteva migliorare leggermente l'estetica dell'appartammeneto e mettere qualche accessrio in più in cucina. Masono comunque piccooli dettagli. Nel complesso soggiorno molto gradevole, credo che ci tornerò.

Un week end di puro relax e tranquillità... dal primo all'ultimo istante...

Camere spaziose (un record per Sestriere!)
Fatti positivi: camere spaziose, personale gentile e premuroso. Fatti negativi: poca sicurezza, reception non presidiata (all'arrivo bisogna chiamare un addetto il cui numero di telefono e' però bene in vista e che arriva in tempi brevi) ma porta di ingresso aperta per tutta la notte senza controllo. Bagno al limite della praticità', decisamente da sostituire la doccia, piatto doccia inesistente e tenda poco pratica, per non allagare tutto si deve rinunciare ad una "bella" doccia che, dopo una giornata di sci e' indispensabile.

In genere Sestriere come accoglienza non è il massimo. Questo residence è consegna di una camera con angolo cottura senza alcun servizio aggiuntivo. Di qualsiasi cosa abbiate bisogno dovrete rivolgervi ai negozi del paese.

Convenient and roomy apartment-like living!
Great place for a skiing get-away where you need more room than the normal hotel. Short walk to shops, grocery, and slopes. Don't expect a lot of hotel services. People are available with a phone call and very helpful... but it's not like a hotel where they are there all the time to coddle your stay.
