World Series trip

This place was perfect for our family, clean, spacious, and had all the accommodations we needed. Our entire baseball team stayed in this townhome village and it was perfect. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Only true complaint was with the waste management company and not with unit hosts. Waste management had let dumpsters overflow. Then when the truck ran, they just left the bags on the ground and didn't pick up. I complained to host and was corrected by them. Unit was as described and we enjoyed our stay. U

Nice townhouse close to the attractions of neighboring cities and wonderful mountain trails. Two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room provide comfortable living and relaxation after mountain hikes. Interesting alternative to cramped hotel rooms

If you are looking for your home away home look no further! The host of this property is not only quick to answer your emails but also will address any issues or concerns that you may have promptly. The property is very well maintained and is in a safe area for those of us coming from out of town. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing time while staying here.

Great place!

Super cute and really convenient for Dollywood. About 15 to Pigeon Forge and 25 to Gatlinburg. Me and my fiancé stayed for a weekend and the place was super nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Reservation from Hell

I booked this listing because of the clean appearance,the features and cost. I had to call Vrbo the morning before our trip as the property manager had not contacted me with arrival information. Vrbo contacted mgr. - no answer,the agent Angelica left a message. She told me we would receive information by trip morning. We arrived at property and still no word after phoning and then leaving a message. Called Vrbo again, they were not able to contact property mgr either. Here we are 6 hrs from home and no accommodations - stranded. Vrbo got us a room for the evening nearby. In order to get our money refunded, I had to show confirmation of payment from my credit card. After another 45 minutes on the phone, I had evidence of payment. I submitted my receipt to agent, Dayana who said she didn’t receive so I resubmitted 2 additional times. She called me back and said that in order for the refund I needed to submit my receipts and so that they could make our additional arrangements for lodging. Her shift was now over and I would receive additional contact from another agent. I was contacted by a Teresa who inquired about my receipt? I emailed 3 more times and still no confirmation she had received. I asked about our extended lodging and was told I needed to provide evidence of payment. Needless to say that Friday morning I received nothing. This whole experience with reservation, customer service was an excruciating headache with your stomach doing flip flops, and your heart poundin

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay! This property had everything we needed. The neighborhood was good but parking was a little tight because of the area that the dumpster is located. If you are traveling with one car like us it isn't a problem at all! The house itself was great; clean, beautiful, quiet neighborhood, easy to locate, quick drive into town. The owners were great also, wonderful communication! We would stay again and recommend to anyone we know!

My husband and I loved this property! Everything was nice and clean and the hot tub was great it was also very clean. Even though we weren’t that close to the mountains we still had a good view from the master bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors we ran into were ever sweet. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and if my husband and I decide to visit again we would for sure book this property again.

Clean & quiet stay just outside of Pigeon Forge

This property is located just barely outside of Pigeon Forge on the Sevierville side, so it is just about 20-30 minutes to get to pretty much everything, which is pretty convenient. Despite being in a neighborhood with lots of new homes and town houses, we found the unit to be extremely quiet and well-insulated. The home was clean and well appointed with linens and the basics. The washer and dryer worked well and they had plenty of detergent available. Soap, towels, and shampoo were complimentary. A few dishes and utensils. Small kitchen, but everything worked and was clean. The fenced in back yard was smaller than expected, not a big deal but be prepared for that. There wasn't really a great place to walk the dogs, but our small dogs were fine strolling a little around the neighborhood, just be aware there is no real pedestrian infrastructure and it is very dark at night. Other than that small caveat, our stay was perfect and we would book again!

Quaint little cottage

This was a super cute, quaint little cottage. I will say that there was not prior communication as to how to enter the residence but it was unlocked. It was super close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and the exploring! Would book again!

Was told we had two parking areas outside door there was two dumpsters in those parking areas. The windows had not been cleaned and was very difficult to operate. The 2nd bedroom the tub was very slow to drain the steps into the hot tub very slick and not safe

Nice place but..

Outlets in both upstairs bathrooms did not work. Had to blow dry and style hair in bedroom with no mirror. Very aggravated over this since we had 2 important places to be during our stay and wanted to look our best! Otherwise the stay was ok.

Great place to stay

Very clean and stocked with all the basics you would need. We loved the hot tub. Quiet location. It's off the craziest of the strip, but not too far. About a 10 minute drive to pigeon forge.
