« If you’re headed to Seward this is the absolute best place to stay. I am absolutely in love with this quiet remote place. It is nicely tucked away in the middle of the woods. The owner Gary is usually in the office when you enter. He is warm, informative and extremely pleasant to deal with. He had two assistants that were equally as pleasant and helpful. The cabins were well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The place was safe, well kept and just a dream get away for anyone...

The host gave us a tour of all of his custom built cabins that he has on the property and was thoughtful enough to gift us a bottle of champagne for my girlfriend’s birthday. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again! »

« Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Host was prompt on communication and provided clear directions. We were only there one night because our itinerary was packed but we would not hesitate to stay longer. Had everything we needed and was just far enough from town to relax. »

« Its a nicely built cabin and we had a great time. The host was alao easy to deal with and very accomodating. His dog is very friendly and he did stop by to say hello and play ball which was fun. The cabin is about 10 mins drive from the town but definitely worth it staying there. »

« Well stocked cabin. Host even provided firewood. Real log cabin for that authentic Alaskan experience. Location is 5 min from almost everywhere. Great for a family. Only caution is there are no rooms (if you’re traveling with multiple couples) and the shower is not a traditional shower. It’s very spacious with great views and you can hear the creek running behind the cabin! The host Bruce is amazing and very responsive to any issues that arise. »

« We enjoyed our 5 year anniversary at the Wolf Lodge after honeymooning at the Fox Den in 2019. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about the cabins. It’s all the peace and quiet we need. You meet people from around the world and there’s opportunity for outdoor activities. Want to stay in? Download some movies BEFORE you go. « The ocean view was spectacular with teal waters and islands and mountains all around. The cabins are located in a cove, so it is safe for kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards, all available for use. They even provided dry suits for us. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. At night, it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly, going beyond to be helpful. One person even helped my son fish and clean the fish for us. He was so nice. »
