« Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. « We loved this hotel stay! The room was super spacious and felt very clean. The bed was great along with the pillows. The air conditioning unit was also great and kept the room cool. The only negative I can say about this stay was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty high but otherwise it was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good! »

« The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...
