« Le personnel est toujours prêt à vous aider. La chambre est moderne et carrément connecté. L’entrée de l’hôtel est sur la rue piétonne impériale, ce quartier historique est très beau, le métro est à 300m sortie D. Bon petit déjeuner buffet avec plats chinois , croissants pain, beurre et confiture pour ceux qui mangent pas chinois, il y a aussi des fruits frais, le café est bon.
Je recommande cet hôtel. »

« It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful.
The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors.
Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again »

« Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. »

« Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear. »

« Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue. »
