« Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden.As mentioned the stairs are steep but we managed with no problem (we are in our late 60's and early 70's)Opposite the common so good for a walk and easy access to Lymington. Excellent communication from the owner.Would definitely recommend On street parking with plenty of spaces. »

« Loved staying at the French Mill. The Romany Wagon was definitely an added bonus for the girls. It gave them a truly magical and memorable experience. Ideally located and charming holiday rental property for visiting the island. « Julian is such a friendly and very helpful person. Whenever I had a question he came over or called me back.The cottage is a lovely place to stay, everything one might need is in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds and linen very very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet the neighbourhood is, not only during the night, but also during the days, no noise at all! The beach is nearby, a little grocery store and a pub in the villge. « We spent a comfortable short stay here. Enjoyed staying on the farm and our cottage faced the hens and goats! The area is peaceful countryside where we did lots of walks. We highly recommend! »

« Great place for a short stay, minor niggles with some cutlery not being clean and heating in the top bedroom not turning on, but everything else was fantastic. Great bedding, super comfy, had everything we needed. We had the 12 days of Christmas at the Elderflower which was close enough we did not need coats to get there. Stunning morning watching the sky at sunrise on the balcony too. Would stay again. »

« Really super stay. Very comfy with everything you needed. Pauline, our host was fabulous, very friendly and helpful, even gave us a load of pears, which were gorgeous. One little thing, could do with at least one large saucepan, they were a bit too small for a family of six, but it wouldn't stop me from coming again. Excellent. »

« Everyone has their own view on what makes a holiday, for me and my family it was this property. A beautifully decorated and appointed 3-bedroom bungalow in a cul-de-sac location, 10 minute walk to the shops and takeaways, 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the most amazing pubs and restaurants. But sitting in the back garden on the huge outdoor furniture or double egg-chair, or just inside the living area with the "glass wall" open you are totally secluded and in a sunny world of your...

10/10 Excellent

"Certes l'hôtel n'est pas tout jeune mais il est parfaitement entretenu. On y trouve tout sur place, restaurant, bar, machine à laver et sèche-linge ainsi qu'une petite piscine (ouverte à partir de 15h/15h30 en semaine). L'hôtel se trouve 5 mn à pied du port, des bateaux à visiter ainsi que d'un centre commercial "outlet" où les prix sont forts intéressants. De nombreux pubs, restaurants et magasins à proximité. "
