„Good mix of the historic with some modern upgrades. Parking can be a little bit challenging, especially at dinner time.“

„Courteous staff and good location.“

„Cool little escape off a private road - unexpected for the humble surroundings - great details like a steam shower. Pristine property“

„Beautiful yurt in the woods 🙂“

„Everything was wonderful! The owners, the property, everything. We will be back for sure.“

„It was not what I expected. The room was in a back corner of the motel. The bed covers were torn and I saw a roach on the floor.I ask to change rooms and he told me they were full. But that was not true.Never go back. Not very nice .“

„Nobody bothered to mention the restaurant , bar , horseback riding were no longer open . We had to drive to NOC for dinner. I actually left a day earlier even though I had already paid for night. The parking lot was full of leaves at front door stairs, they had fans blowing I hall I assumed they must have had a leak on the carpet. Coffee and a sausage biscuit downstairs wasn’t available until 8am. I can’t imagine them keeping their doors open much longer“

„War ok“

„Vatash (if I remember the name correctly) was very personable. Room had good television options. Didn’t use WiFi, so reception was limited. Thermostat control was great. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to Sylva was good. Nice town with good restaurant options. No usb options, so bring a wall outlet adapter. Shower was good. Coffee in room. Sylva is a nice place to stay when visiting Cherokee. Dillsboro nearby. Be back next year“
