« This little cottage is perfect for a couple. It has a nice floor plan with lots of natural light in a clean, modern space. The large bedroom has plenty of dresser drawers & clothes hanging space. Most importantly, the bed mattress was very comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One Friday night, we even walked over to nearby high school to watch a football game. « Not only was everything exactly how they list it but the hosts are an amazing hospitable couple that are very courteous to their guests. They made the process simple and were very helpful with any questions asked. Place was clean, backyard was awesome for the pups and we loved the hot tub! Everything was well maintained and very comfortable stay. If we come back to the area we know where to go! »

« We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. « These cottages are absolutely amazing. So quiet and clean. The owners are so attentive. If you need anything they are there so quick. The salt water pool was an added bonus. So clean and beautiful. There is no children allowed at the cottages That is one of the reasons why we choice them. We will definitely be staying there again. We love IRB also so much to do and the beach is amazing. »

« We are locals, so looking for a quick weekend getaway— this absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again ! »

« Everything was outstanding! My husband must have said three times how this was the most relaxing and comfortable vacation we have ever taken. True. The cottage interior was beautiful and comfortable and just the perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we loved being able to go down the street and be at the beach. Coco's was very good. The perfect vacation was exactly what we had.
