When we arrived, the hot tub was not cleaned and was cold but the owners responded right away and got the cleaners to arrive within a couple hours to clean it. They were extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly. “

„Check-in was great. The Castaway Cottage was just how it was listed. The back porch was the best part, it was big enough for the whole family to hang out. Unfortunately when we were there it was very hot and the ceiling fans on the porch did not work. Maintenance came to try and fix them but he could not. "My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room looked clean at first glance, but there was a very unpleasant, musty smell that reminded me of mold. Although the room appeared tidy, the odor made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway floors were also quite dirty, which left a poor impression. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried to make the stay better. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an average experience: friendly staff but issues with cleanliness and maintenance. "
