„Clean room and fairly easy check in process. It may be difficult to find the hotel though.“

„職員相當有禮，房間10分整潔，性價比高“

„Thumbs up !“

„Great Hotel,“

„The staff were exceptional. I arrived early morning and they were super helpful in holding my luggage and providing options for their buffet breakfast (excellent choices). Overall a great experience and location and easy to get around by Didi (using your Alipay - get this set up if coming from abroad).“

„alles perfekt gelaufen, sehr gut geschlafen, Rooftop wunderbar“

„Great club lounge, great service, super friendly staff, nice pool, very clean“

„By far the best hotel in Shenzhen. Fantastic service and extremely well maintained. Exceeding all my expectations even for a St Regis quality.“

„Stayed there for a whole week. Rooms clean and comfortable, the lounge floor was worth its extra money, the bar people very nice - one suggestion I have - waiting for every cocktail 20 minutes is too long ! Check in and out easy and fast - lift situation very complicated going first to 33 rd floor every time you wanna go up or down generally good staff. “

„It’s located right at the heart of electronic markets, the best being right next to it. Metro station and hotel entry face each other and the view from my room window was awesome. Highly recommended.“

„Amazing experience! it was my first time in china and I am definately re visiting The only downside is wifi does not work for emails etc which was a huge inconvenience business wise“

„Very nice hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Very cheaply priced for the quality. Highly recommend.“

„Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean. The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting.“
