„Amazing“

„職員相當有禮，房間10分整潔，性價比高“

„Very nice hotel. Perfect location with a subway station just at the doorstep of the main entrance. Very friendly staff. Though seemed to a small hotel it’s very cozy and has all the amenities of a big hotel. Breakfast was just delicious, very complete, mostly with Chinese food. Rooms were spotlessly clean, very spacious, with very comfortable bed. It was a great experience.“

„Thumbs up !“

„Great Hotel,“

„alles perfekt gelaufen, sehr gut geschlafen, Rooftop wunderbar“

„Stayed there for a whole week. Rooms clean and comfortable, the lounge floor was worth its extra money, the bar people very nice - one suggestion I have - waiting for every cocktail 20 minutes is too long ! Check in and out easy and fast - lift situation very complicated going first to 33 rd floor every time you wanna go up or down generally good staff. “

„By far the best hotel in Shenzhen. Fantastic service and extremely well maintained. Exceeding all my expectations even for a St Regis quality.“

„It’s located right at the heart of electronic markets, the best being right next to it. Metro station and hotel entry face each other and the view from my room window was awesome. Highly recommended.“

„Very nice hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Very cheaply priced for the quality. Highly recommend.“

„They allowed me to do early check In and also late check out smoothly! The furniture in the room is a bit old and need to renovate ! The housekeeping forgot to put Soap in the bathroom and I used the shower gel instead! The room is large and has a nice view and the people speaks 50% English. “

„The smell!!! The smoking smell is bad“

„Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean. The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting.“

„Had a good stay at Shanghai Shenzhen Hotel. Staff seems to be very nice. However if you have any question, it's hard to get a good answer because they don't speak english very well, and they are not really eager to fulfill wishes. The hotel is clean. Since the hotel is not the newest some structural flaws especially in the bathroom which also had some bad smell coming out of the shower. Overall price was reasonable for what I got.“

„Very well-kept, well-maintained hotel. Breakfast was solid, with excellent fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices and great omelettes. As halal travellers we were limited, since most meat was pork, so more alternatives would be welcome. The cheese platter and the delicious fried bread sticks (youtiao) made up for it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were very good and clean. Humidity is high in the city: dehumidifiers are used in the corridors, and having them in the rooms ...

„Habe die Reise wegen Krankheit antreten können!“
