« We had to pay twice for our first 5 nights in Kenya. We had booked Coral Beach Resort well in advance. We had prepaid for the entire stay. Hotels.com had already deducted the amount from my account on May 23, 2025. When we arrived at the hotel we had no reservation and the hotel was full. The first two nights we had to stay at another hotel, but it was available so we could stay at Coral Beach as planned for the next three nights. Les serviettes sont en suffisance, il y a des peignoirs , des serviettes de plage. Le personnel est extra . « A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! And really, the host was very accommodating and responded to questions...

« The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
