« Wanted some cheap basic accommodation for 2 nights. Found it eventually after driving through the narrow lanes some of which weren't signposted very well but adds to the fun!. Very neat and cosey and the bed was particularly comfortable. Nicely laid out with some nice touches. Ideal if you want some peace and quiet as it is tucked away at the back of the village in what used to be an old veg garden. »

« This lodge is magical. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful break this lodge has got everything. Built with passion and love. It’s quirky and you don’t need for anything. About a 6 min walk to the local shops pubs and restaurants. Paul and Jude were fantastic hosts. Aim to please . »

« We only had three days away but it was the best 72 jours in such a beautiful cottage in the most peaceful of places. The cottage was amazing and well stocked. So close to lots of different beaches and countryside to enjoy. »

« A beautiful old farmhouse with a lovely large garden in a lovely area. We enjoyed ourselves and the property was very clean and well presented. A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. We all felt a few more consumables would have been provided for a property of this size and quality. Many others we have stayed in over the years have provided a few bin bags for example (we were given one spare) and we had to move light bulbs about when...

« Pros: Stood out from other lodges - looks homely and inviting. Very well equipped, lovely location, lots to do on the resort itself. PlayStations and hot tub were enjoyed by all. It was great having the pool and gym available. Cons: could have been cleaner - living area floor, cutlery drawers, and floor spaces beside bedside tables were very grubby. »

« We enjoyed a lovely holiday in a Oak Cabin on Finlake Falls holiday park. The lodge itself was clean, tidy and well equipped and had a homely feel. Communication with Devon Holidays was very good at every stage and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and activities on site. Would definitely recommend the holiday park and Devin Holidays. We will be back in the future! »

« Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...
