I asked for a return call ASAP-before unpacking. No call was returned. The yard had cigarette butts and smashed cereal as well as old-damaged fencing etc. spread around the property, as well as a broken bench, wishing well and a large picnic table minus the glass top. „This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. “
