« We advised of our very late arrival due to our flight delay, it was the day of the Windows' bug, the employee at the front desk was very comprehensive and kind. They opened for us at around 3:15 am, that was very much appreciated :)

« Staff courteous, but no lakeview as stated in ad. No continentsl breakfast provided as stated in ad. No ice bucket in room. No in room coffee. Very poor services for weary travellers. Choose to place my party with three dogs beside office created lots of barking as dogs heard door and all conversations at the desk.
Poor choice of placement of a party with dogs.
Awakened at 8:30 the next morning by an RCMP raid on room across from us.
Not a relaxing stay, poor amenities and multiple trains heard...
