Located convenient on the 4th floor inside the JEWEL Mall. I would stay there again for a night layover. Clean small rooms for max 2 persons and friendly Staff at check in.

The room is no more than a cupboard with a shower however it’s very well located opposite Jewel. Staff friendly and efficient. There are complementary drinks and a basic breakfast provided. Although a good size, the bed is up against 3 walls so if you need to get up in the night you have to clamber over your partner. Another 30cm of room space would have made such a difference.

There is even space for luggage to be stowed away below the bed, so it gives you more room; for even more space, we have a few family rooms. Positive is close to Jewell with free breakfast and the negative thing is no trolly allow from T2 to T1 for seniors who were carrying 2x 24kg luggages & 2x hand carry bags or more. Hopefully in the near future there is a porter or electronic devices or trolley that can help the seniors carring all the luggages from T1 toT2. Walk may be around 10-15mins but with all the luggages is very hassle.

Room had a strong musty smell as a result of poor ventilation. Sink also had a leak. The room itself was also incredibly small - just a small amount of extra walkway would help by the bed. Couldn’t imagine sharing the room with someone else. Not particularly good value for money - I’d probably prefer the transit hotels airside or just pay for a taxi for a cheaper hotel room next time.

Although it was a bit of a walk from the terminal, it was very convenient to stay within the airport. The hotel can be accessed through link bridges and translator for the most part.

The outlets in our room were not working properly. The outlets were so worn out that it couldn’t hold a plug upright. The engineer’s fix to the issue was to give us an adapter which you still needed to force in. This gave us only one working outlet. Shower grout had mold. Shower and sink in general didn’t look like it was cleaned well. Curtains had weird stains on it. The mattress sunk in so low in the center. My partner and I kept rolling onto each other. Literally only got one hour of sleep trying to get comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness needs some work, a lot of things need to be updated or replaced and the bed wasn’t comfortable.

Only problem is it’s a very small room. I used it twice cause my layover is in Changi Airport. The location is very convenient for a layover and so far the bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s also clean. It’s such a convenient location in Jewel Changi. Overall I would recommend it.

Check in at 6 and check out at 9 so I actually received a little less than 38% of my day or money spent? Upon entering the unit I felt I was crammed in a glorified jail cell. The $ I spent versus the accommodation just didn’t mesh. Sorry never again!

Very tight Queen bed size room for two, but it’s all you need when traveling. But, it is a wet tiny bathroom so bring flip flops because the floor will be wet.

The only criticism is that when there are two in the room/bed it’s difficult to get in and out to the bathroom if you are in bed by the wall.
