„DO NOT STAY HERE. This place came recommended by a friend who lives in Manali but proved quite disappointing on multiple counts. We paid for 2 nights directly from the US in USD (and the price was quite costly by local standards). Yet when we arrived, the bathroom tap had no water and further, the faucet / tap was half broken. Further, the room's marketing clearly indicated a balcony yet there was none in the room provided us. As such, we asked for another location which they showed us but that ...

„Staff was rude and the rooms were in horrible condition.. looked dirty. They are charging so much but the basic facilities are also not provided like a mineral water bottle. The kettle was so dirty. The bedsheets had cigarette burnt holes and the pillows looked unwashed! Overpriced and unworthy! Staff does not have basic manners to speak. Horrible experience!“
