"Je n'ai pas pu avoir la chambre avec 2 lits que j'avais rĂ©servĂ© d'avance dĂ» Ă  un surbookage. On m'a donnĂ© une chambre avec un lit et un divan lit qui soit dit en passant Ă©tait sale. Nous avons dĂ» changer les draps nous mĂȘme car il n'y avait pas assez d'emplyĂ© sur place. Le dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait inclus avec la nuitĂ©Ă©, pas de jus , pas d'oeufs, pas de repas chaud que des toasts et des cĂ©rĂ©ales. Il ne voulait pas nous offrir in dĂ©dommagement car nous avions rĂ©servĂ© avec EXPEDIA. Un sĂ©jour TERRIBLE"
