« We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed!

Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...
« We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. « An outstanding hotel. Very convenient location. Staff were absolutely superb and the room itself was brilliant. Lovely little touches at every turn such as complementary snacks and drinks (remember when all hotels had this?!), robe and slippers etc. I was a little surprised when I was told an additional £20 service charge was to be paid on checkout when the room was already paid but apart from that, a really great stay. Highly recommended. »
