« Everything was good !! »

« The staff there were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. My room smelled musty and was a bit dated but not bad. Saw a herd of deer in the property next to the hotel »

« I loved the fact that the Lodge is located next to Hamilton Gardens, a beautiful collection of rhododendrons and other ornamental shrubs. The Gardens attracted a lot of birds, and I sent daily bird lists to eBird. »

« The staff was friendly and smiling and very helpful. Room was very nice »

« Rob at the service desk was wonderful. We needed to make a last-minute change and he was gracious and helpful and did it for us. He was very friendly. He made sure we got what we needed. The room was very nice. Parking was easy. Breakfast could’ve used some help, but it was still nice. The property was very nice. I would stay there again given the opportunity. »

« The property is beautiful and well maintained. Beds comfortable and room was clean. The only negative comment I could make is they use a barn door style door for the bathroom which gives no privacy. We also couldn’t open door to balcony for some reason. »
