Hotels nahe Smoke & Mirrors (Chicago)

„Very nice hotel. And surprisingly good breakfast for an American hotel!“

„Worst brackfast service ever Aircondition sooo cold that we got 2 heaters in the room (outside temperature 27*C) and in the room we need heater. The tennis courts are free yes, but we were not allowed into group sessions unless we payed for the whole season (500-600$) We did not have to pay the 25$ for the access of the facilities because of the cold in the room but if one pays approx 320$ a night all this is just sick ...

„Great neighborhood place in a nice area! Great neighborhood place in a nice area!“

„Clean place with a decent location.“

„Frühstück ist ok“

„We had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent. Parking was a pleasure. We really liked the Restaurant Terrace 16. We had a big suite on the second highest hotel room floor and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely come back to this hotel.“

„Alles 1 a“

„Saubere, gut eingerichtete Zimmer, perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt, auffallend ruhig, gute Bar“

„Shortly after I booked the room I received an email from the property. It was about the deposit which I was expecting. However they changed their method of payment from what they had in the listing (PayPal) to Zelle. I wouldn't have minded paying it by PayPal however paying by Zelle gives you no recourse whatsoever if something goes wrong. After going back and forth with Expedia and the property they decided that they were going to uphold their no refunds policy even though it was a bait and ...
