Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, all four bathrooms, the main and lower-level living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, the game room, and every outdoor space — the fire pit deck, hot tub, covered porch, and backyard. Private beach access is just steps away across the street, so you can come and go for a quick swim or a full beach day whenever you like.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island, this home puts you directly across the street from the sand — no car, no shuttle, just a short walk to the water. The 26-mile island is known for quieter, less-crowded beaches than the bigger tourist towns further south, a favorite for families wanting a laid-back beach week.



A few minutes down the island, Surf City offers restaurants, ice cream shops, and boutiques, plus a fishing pier for an evening stroll. History buffs should carve out time for the Missiles and More Museum, telling the story of Topsail Island's past as a Cold War-era missile testing site. For a quieter stretch of shoreline, Serenity Point at the island's north end is a short drive and popular for shelling and sunset walks.



Venturing off-island, downtown Wilmington, NC is roughly 40-45 minutes by car (approximate, depending on bridge traffic), and the Jacksonville, NC / Camp Lejeune area is about 30-35 minutes. With private beach access, a hot tub, and a game room at home, most guests never need to go far at all.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around and exploring nearby coastal spots like Surf City and Sneads Ferry, both just a short drive away. Beach access is just steps from the home, so you can easily walk to the sand and enjoy your days by the ocean without needing to drive.



Other Things to Note:

Free parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles, which comfortably covers most groups traveling in multiple cars for a family or friend getaway. The private driveway makes loading and unloading beach gear, coolers, and luggage easy, with no need to worry about street parking or competing for spots during busy summer weekends on the island.



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed throughout the home.



Early check-in may be available if the house is ready — we'll confirm the night before arrival: $100 for 8:00-11:00 AM or $50 after 11:00 AM. Fresh towels and linens are provided (bring your own beach towels), and a starter kit covers toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap for the start of your stay; detergent and dryer sheets aren't included. For non-Airbnb reservations only, approved refunds carry a 6% processing fee regardless of cancellation policy. Guests may be asked to verify ID and sign a rental agreement, and routine hot tub maintenance may occasionally happen outdoors during the day.
