„Location is great but the curtains and cleaning ladies could use some improvement on light block and noise control“

„I would have liked this hotel to have a restaurant or cafe.“

„My stay at Lane House was phenomenal! Gorgeous hotel, phenomenal architecture, clean, quiet, beautiful finishes, the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in! On a quiet lane, close to public transit and shopping. I would 100% stay here again.“

„Super freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer.“

„Top location at center of Melbourne CBD. Newly build hotel suits young family.“

„Beautiful room, great amenities, the location is so easy for the top end of the city. We really loved our stay and would definitely go back“

„Sehr gute Lage, modernes Zimmer, wir waren sehr zufrieden. “

„While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of our room was appalling. It was extremely dusty—from the bed and shelves to the carpets and upholstery. The furniture was visibly stained, and we even found crumbs from the previous guest on the chairs. Most shockingly, the floor was filthy; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned, as it was covered in dust, crumbs, and old coffee stains. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. We expected far better standards.“
