Everything seemed extremely unloving to us. In the room description it was written that there was a balcony or terrace. However, we were given a room without a balcony or terrace. The landlady told us that we should use a small metal table and two chairs in the hallway directly in front of the other holiday apartment. ...

We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location.“
