« 7$ per night for the parking …why don’t you include this for everyone, I doubt many customers come to your hotel without a car … furthermore, maybe you could teach your desk employees where to locate the hotel on the paper map you’re offering at the arrival, that would help (or just don’t present paper map) »

« Why they can’t have hot water at any point in our five day stay is embarrassing. Or refresh amenities without asking. Or leave hair on floors after cleaning. Or have missing trim on the floors. Been steady fans of South Congress for years and this has been the worst experience. And our last stay. »
