« 7$ per night for the parking …why don’t you include this for everyone, I doubt many customers come to your hotel without a car … furthermore, maybe you could teach your desk employees where to locate the hotel on the paper map you’re offering at the arrival, that would help (or just don’t present paper map) »

« Location, location, location! It's in a great spot with lots of shops and delicious food. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. Our first room had a great view, but the bathroom only had warm water. They moved us to an interior room and the water was hot in the bath and shower. Overall, a great spot for a long weekend. »
