„Visiting family in the neighborhood so this was convenient. Not really walkable to Barton Springs, but was very close to our relatives. Was emailed several times about checking out early when I had indicated we would check out on time at 11. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 which was not their fault but felt pushy. There is wear and tear on the place but it was clean, quiet, and convenient for our needs. “

„The apartment is very clean, there is enough room for everything, the bed was so comfortable we slept so good! The kitchen was well equipped. We loved being close to wonderful Zilker Park and downtown. The only thing is that there was not much daylight in the apartment. But apart of that we can highly recommend it!“

„the location was perfect for access to the Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park and my workshop at Casa De Luz. The apartment was clean and the bed comfy. While parking is generally an issue in Austin I found there was always a space in the designated parking areas. I didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be sufficiently stocked with all that would be needed for simple cooking and eating. The hosts were very responsive and supportive. “
