Location de vacances de particulier à Sud d'Austin

« Place was clean and conveniently located. I was there on business and did not prepare any meals or avail myself of the pool. »

« Everything was great over all. There was just some damage to the front door lock and the property manager gave me the wrong g unit number upon check in but corrected very quickly. The place was clean and nice I enjoyed my stay »

« Great location & super cute »

« It was great place to stay. The neighborhood was a bit loud at night and not great area. The unit was great. »

« Nice place in a good location. One problem was the property management company asking if I would like to pay extra to check in early. When I declined, I was told I would have to check in an hour late because they were still cleaning the place up. No offer to refund an hour even though they offered to charge me an hour to check in early. When it was time to leave I received a message asking if I would be able to check out early so they could get started cleaning for the next group. Again, no...

« Nice little guest house! We were three adults and it worked nicely! Very nice outdoor area »

« Everything was great went up there for my birthday weekend for a longhorns game, she even left a birthday goodie bag on the bed for me. Will be back »

« Perfect spot for our trip. Comfy beds too! »

« Close to downtown »

« Great location, very clean, priced well. Overall amazing stay. »

« Just not worth it for the price. Unfortunately it's smaller than it looks via photos, the 2nd bathroom is deep in the basement which is unpractical, and most importantly it has an odor likely due to old carpets and stained furniture. If you're just looking for a good location, this can work. If the owners put some more into new carpets and furniture it would provide a huge benefit to the property. »

« This was a fun stay! Great for adults. The decor captured Austin and they have helpful information for around Austin. They were lenient on our check in when our plans changed. Check out was a breeze! The beds were comfy and clean and linens soft. We like to cook and could make do with what was there, but it wasn’t home. The location is perfect for any direction and the neighborhood very quiet. »

« Great property, had everything i needed included, self check in was easy and non complicated. »

« We had a lovely stay at Ella’s place. It was exactly as described and more. Everything was comfortable, clean, and inviting. The bottle of wine and the coffee set up were extra touches that made us feel welcomed. Communication was very easy and fast.We will stay here again!! »
