„The location of this loft was perfect for our plans. We walked to the pool and zilker park and it was a super short drive to so many great restaurants and congress and Rainey street. Even an uber to circuit of americas was reasonable. The market next door was great for last minute snacks and drinks. Lee was great with communication as well. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the view of downtown was a beautiful backdrop for our morning coffee and evening nightcaps. Very quite ...

„Wonderful place to stay right in downtown near Barton Springs on South Congress! We had teenage boys that enjoyed their own room and the Moms had the rooms in the front for quietness. This place is perfect for attending ACL and other events downtown.“

The beautiful view of the city off the small balcony made the climb up the 2 flights of stairs worthwhile.Note to owner: The upstairs toilet flapper valve leaks and the water would run to refill the toilet every hour or so which woke us up at night.“

„The apartment is very clean, there is enough room for everything, the bed was so comfortable we slept so good! The kitchen was well equipped. We loved being close to wonderful Zilker Park and downtown. The only thing is that there was not much daylight in the apartment. But apart of that we can highly recommend it!“
