« The hotel is beautiful and everything looks new and modern. The pools were amazing and heated and were available all day on date of check in and check out. The area does get busy when there are multiple events occurring at the same time. The restaurants and bars are nice but way too overpriced. The staff were kind but there were often not enough staff to help with the amount of customer. Overall I enjoyed my experience but paid way too much for it! »

« Chambre qui avait des prises sans cache et donc avec des fils électriques apparents ! L’hôtel n'a pas voulu nous changé de chambre et a juste mis du scotch. Le rideau était cassé et bloqué à mi-niveau. J'ai du le faire descendre en forçant, car aucune solution proposé par l’hôtel ! Rien changé ou réparé la nuit suivante... Les matelas des canapés-lits sont trop petit et laisse apparaître tous les parties métallique coupantes et/ou dangereuses pour les enfants. L’ascenseur se bloque et fait...
