« I can’t say enough about how much we all loved this house. It is absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and gives the feeling of being in the country while only being 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and other essentials. Katie was a great host who was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend you staying too! »

« Grounds were junky, 3 big barking dogs in the house (tho didn't keep us up). There was another bedroom across hall (looked recently inhabited), had to go into bathroom thru hallway for drinking water (sign stated water in fridge, but was empty). Shag carpet in room, no thermostat control seen, bed was foam mattress. No dresser, chair, or mirror in room. Room seemed clean tho.Thankful it was just one night. Never saw or heard host. Thought rave reviews had to have been fake. Our first VRBO...

« We had a family wedding in nearby Marion and this rental offered just what we needed. The spacious kitchen and dining room made the preparation and sharing of meals very convenient. Having three full baths was wonderful. The history and beauty of the rental was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. »
