Mattress in master in good condition and suited my preference. Firm.Arrived after dark and requested outside lights to be turned on. The timer for outside walkway lights were not set properly, so only light was the door porch light. A bit cumbersome unloading the car in the dark with lower level stairs to climb. Cons: There is a lack of TV's and the area there is one is not comfortable and awkward. No TV's in bedrooms except the kids room which has the gaming system hooked up. Beware if you are there on a Monday night you are responsible to take all garbage cans to curb from the previous renters.
