Reduced price for June! The price has been reduced to accommodate for a boat dock replacement occurring 6/5-6/8 and Home Fire Permit Inspection appointment access on 6/8. Guests with boats will not have boat dock access at the home 6/5-6/8. And the property manager and Inspector will need access to the interior of the home for 3 hours on 6/8.

Downstairs, a second living room connected to bedrooms 2 and 3 offers a 65" TV, dual recliners, and two armchairs for relaxing movie nights. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and large quartz countertops with dining for 8 at the table and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 6 adults. This applies 24/7.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge)

Pets are not allowed in this home. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can assist you in finding a dog-friendly property.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays.
Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
