« Solid location, quiet, and just really easy process. Good communication with Noah, and that's the key. »

« Great location! Walking distance to everything that we needed. The community is very quiet. The people own properties or are visiting are very friendly! »

« We went for Innings music fest. The unit is within easy walking distance to the venue. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Our host was able to accommodate our request for an early checkin which was great since our flight got in at 9:00 am. »

« Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again. »

« This rental is in a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what I needed. It was perfect for my family of 3. It was a quick drive to the Phoenix Convention Center for a Volleyball Festival that my daughter competed in. The property is serene and has so many art features that made me pause for a minute for a mindful moment. Will is amazing and returns responses in a quick manner. My family and I will definitely return if we ever have an event in Phoenix. »

« Great condo, very well equiped and near old Scottsdale, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend! »

« Model home gorgeous yet very comfortable. Fabulous location. Ideal. Walkable to restaurants, coffee houses and grocery store. Very quiet and safe. Fully stocked with everything you need. Host is amazing, very responsive and accommodating. Pool and on site gym were very nice and convenient. Convenient to airport and hospitals mid town Phoenix. We extended our stay 3 times! Your beautiful home away from home. We won’t stay anywhere else. »

« It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again. »

« The condo is as pictured! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, nice pool area! We would stay here again! »

« Had a very nice stay in Scottsdale. Good communication with host. Would stay again. »

« Everything is good except the beds can use probably some kind of cotton mattress pads to make them feel cooler and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the tennis court and the pickle ball courts there, although the lighting at night can be improved on pickle ball courts and the lighting on tennis court doesn't work. »
