« Was in Scottsdale for my son’s baseball tournament. This place is a great location. The kids fished the lake and caught huge catfish. The house is very clean with modern appliances. It’s well stocked with everything you need. The AC works well. We liked having the carport next to the back patio—was easy to load equipment everyday for games. We grilled steaks one day and did DoorDash another for quick pizza delivery. The oversized sectional sofa was comfy and the TV has thousands of channels

« Dave was a great host. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. The house was very very clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, creamer, paper towels. The laundry room had detergent and pods if you wanted to wash clothes before leaving. The house is located not far from restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this home if traveling to Arizona. »

« Overall we had a great week visiting the Phoenix area. We had a couple of minor issues at the house, but the host was responsive via text and phone. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub did not work at all for our stay, but the host did offer a cursory refund for the inconvenience. While we felt it should have been more of a refund, overall the experience was good and we would stay with this host again, and recommend them. »
