« The train is way too close to the hotel. We felt it was in our room. Our room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor, so it was very noisy. With a six nights stay a view on the river and further from elevators and train would have been appreciated. Good breakfast every morning with many options. Thanks »

« The room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the self-check in because we got there late. The pool and hot tub was great as well. I highly recommend staying there. I would visit again just to stay at this hotel. The experience was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I would also recommend checking out their other properties in other states. They are a growing company!! »

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« First time staying at this hotel. We were very pleased with everything from the very clean and spacious king bed room to the absolutely wonderful staff we encountered throughout our stay. The staff was polite and friendly and very helpful and accommodating with my mother and I and our mobility issues. We are in Oakland area a lot for doctor appointments, so we are adding this hotel to the top of our list of usual places to stay. And the food at the in house restaurant was delicious and the wait...
