« Great location, clean and comfortable. Dennis was great with the kids, showed off some local fossils. I would recommend double checking the code for the common area rv- there was some conflicting information. otherwise amazing weekend! »

« Owner never showed up to let me check in called several times no answer took VRBO an hour to get ahold of owner. Owner canceled my stay several hours after check in. Left me strained and looking for a place to stay. VRBO was unhelpful at helping look or to offer to pay for place for me to stay for a night or two. »

« We had a great time! We enjoyed laying and watching the stars! Saw a few falling stars and Starlink came by! If you need to escape the big city and want something different than a boring hotel. This is perfect. We did bring a fan to help stay cool. But it was 105 this weekend in the Hill Country, I’m sure most places were struggling to stay cool! We will definitely be back. »

« Overall it was a good time. The shower and bathroom were great. The hot tub situation and game room was overrun with kids a lot of the time so the water was muddy and stinky. The stuff in the game room is ok. There were kids standing on the pool table when we went by. The teepee and fire pit were well stocked. I am thankful the message said to get firewood. Overall we will return. I know expecting people to monitor children is not your fault but maybe make some stace for only adults would...
