« The host was nice and communicative, and the unit was generally clean. However, the box spring for the one queen bed was soooo loud and obnoxious. The tiniest movement caused so much noise! All night long, we’d be woken up when either of us even just slightly shifted. We ended up taking the mattress off the box spring and laying it on the floor of the kitchen, and we slept so much better that way. The mattress itself isn’t bad, it’s the box spring causing an unholy amount of noise. The location...

« Very tall elegant historic room. Lovingly cared-for. No TV was a surprise initially but it allowed to finish reading a great book I bought at the bookstore a block away. Wonderful coffee shop downstairs with great views of the water. »
