"Key card of rooms do not work. Had to switch rooms. Did not work either. Saied they change the batteries. Not during our stay. A lot of dead flies in light of bathroom. Have been here many times, but quality gets less"

"The room at Southpark Hotel was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The gym was also impressive—modern equipment and well-kept. Unfortunately, the location really brings the experience down. The hotel is right by a major intersection, so it's incredibly noisy day and night—even earplugs didn’t help much. The outdoor pool area looks nice, but the constant traffic noise makes it unpleasant to relax outside. Worst of all, the front desk initially gave me a room that was already occupied, which led to an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. Overall, not a relaxing stay despite some nice features."
