„Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city.“

„DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. “

„The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. „Convenient location for our daughter’s SJU graduation. Comfortable bedding and clean linens and bathrooms. We also enjoyed being able to sit on the back patio. It was close to activities that we wanted to do downtown. We were able to run out of the apartment and head towards Fairmount Park. I would definitely recommend staying here.“
