The home itself and the neighborhood were nice. Unfortunately, the service was repugnant. The outdoor pool was filthy, green and you couldn’t see the bottom. It looked like the filter wasn’t running. I took photos and videos and spoke to the property manager as well as a member of the Evolve team over the phone. I was told by the property manager that the pool service had been out a day before we had shown up and had assured the owner everything was working. When I saw pool service on Monday, the evening before leaving, the service workers stated their contract was to start on that day and they had never been to the property the week before. I was lied to multiple times. I was told I would have thorough communication by the evolve team members yet I was the one that had to contact them to receive updates on my complaint. My family was very disappointed that we were unable to utilize the pool during our stay. My issue was never resolved and I spent an extra 800 dollars on the stay just for the pool compared to the other listings in the area. The pool service workers were disgusted by what the pool looked like, told us we shouldn’t swim in it and that we should get a refund. I believe a refund of some form of compensation is in order. I mentioned this in my initial review of the property under the section where you message the property owner/evolve team directly. I never even received a response regarding my concerns or my situation. Quite unprofessional!!
