„This property was perfect for our extended weekend stay in Clarksville. It is close to downtown and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable. The box fan was a nice extra to have. The water pressure in the shower is really strong and there was a good amount of hot water. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and it took a while to get warm water at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Other than that everything was great!“

„This was a super clean property with little details like premium toilet paper that made our trip just that much less stressful! LOL. Great host, very responsive and very well stocked and furnished condo. We only had four guests, so if you're staying with six I would just make sure the host knows in advance since it's only two bedrooms and you may need extra bedding.“

„Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.“

„Easy to communicate with owner , beds were comfortable, son left his switch at the house and property manager was easy to get ahold of sent new code and was able to get back in after check out! Definitely would stay again“

„What a wonderful property and hostesses. Our group truly enjoyed our stay. Very nice setup and amenities, like endless coffee, tea, microwaveable popcorn, paper toiletries (not just a supply of toilet paper for the bathrooms but also a supply of paper towels), and even provided endless detergent for both dishwashers and washing machines. Clean and well kept property. Rating is a 5 out of 5. You will LOVE it!!!“
