« The property is big. When we checked in, our room wasn’t ready so the front desk told us we could eat lunch at their restaurant (Crenshaw) first. We got lost making our way there. Then after lunch we got lost making our way to the elevators for 5th floor. That all was super frustrating. Shelby - a super nice young lady and Paul - at front desk immediately apologized. They noted that in future they will give a property map when guests check in. Anthony at front desk was super gracious. Tye...
