Multiple safety issues that violate VRBOs policies - loose handrail, outlets hanging from walls, exposed wires. „We didn’t get to stay. The key pad entry was broken and the front window was boarded up. The glass was gone. This was at 7pm on a Friday night for 6 people including kids. We had to find a hotel—2 rooms. This was terribly stressful and expensive. The host made little effort to help us. I am still waiting for my refund.
